Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to help drive sales.
- Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain sales databases, track performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by handling post-sales support and follow-up calls.
- Assist with gathering and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales environment or knowledge of sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
