Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the banking and finance sector, leveraging market research and networking to generate leads and expand the client base in the Klang area.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets, focusing on promoting STS Wealth Care's financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, personalized service, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments of potential clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking and finance solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of STS Wealth Care's offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of STS Wealth Care's products and services to potential clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress, ensuring efficient sales pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the banking and finance sector.
- Possess a Secondary/SPM certification as a minimum educational qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the banking and finance sector.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of STS Wealth Care's financial offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maximize sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
