Job Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on ongoing projects while actively developing new customer accounts across Malaysia.
- Negotiate, prepare, and sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
- Provide professional product and service consultation to clients.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs for business growth.
- Propose and support product planning and improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Perform site visits to monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Willing to travel across different states when required.
- Highly adaptable and motivated to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to potential clients to showcase products and services.
