SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

• Support Sales and Marketing team.
• Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries and walk-in customers.
• Support ad-hoc events such as exhibitions, etc.
• Support accounts dept for month end closing and e-invoicing submission.
• Support HR dept for monthly payroll run and staff claims processing.
• Updating of paperwork, maintain documents and filing system.
• Upkeep of office common area and equipment.
• Adhoc: Support HQ Singapore as and when.

Job Requirements :

• Proficient in common office software.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Min 1 working experience in similar job scope.
• Willing to learn attitude.
