主要職責：
- 訂單處理與管理：
- 準確、及時地接收和處理客戶訂單。
- 確保所有客戶訂單的準確性都得到驗證，包括價格、產品規格和交貨時間。
- 與生產和物流團隊協調，確保及時完成訂單。
- 客戶支援：
- 充當與訂單、定價和產品可用性相關的客戶諮詢的第一個聯絡點。
- 透過電話、電子郵件和其他溝通管道以專業及時的方式回覆客戶查詢。
- 解決與訂單、交貨和產品差異相關的任何問題。
- 銷售文件：
- 根據公司的指導方針準備報價、銷售合約和發票。
- 維護客戶訂單、報價和銷售協議的準確記錄。
- 確保所有銷售交易的正確記錄並遵守公司政策。
- 與內部部門的協調：
- 與生產、物流和財務團隊聯絡，確保訂單處理和交付順利。
- 將任何特殊的客戶要求或緊急訂單傳達給相關部門。
- 銷售報告：
- 為管理層產生定期銷售報告，包括訂單狀態、銷售業績和客戶回饋。
- 監控和更新客戶資料庫以確保準確性和完整性。
- 庫存和庫存管理：
- 協助監控庫存水準以確保產品可用性。
- 與倉庫團隊協調庫存補充和庫存準確性。
- 對銷售團隊的支援：
- 協助銷售團隊準備簡報、提案和銷售資料。
- 安排和協調與客戶的會議並跟進銷售線索。
- 工商管理、行銷或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
- 至少有 2-3 年類似職位的工作經驗，最好是在製造或建築公司。
- 較強的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 精通 Microsoft Office 應用程式（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 注重細節，有條理，能夠有效地處理多項任務。
- 優秀的解決問題能力和獨立工作能力。
- 需要能夠流利地說普通話（書面和口語），以便與講普通話的客戶聯絡。
- 以客戶為中心的方法。
- 強大的時間管理和組織能力。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作。
- 具有正面態度的團隊成員。
- 較強的分析和報告能力。
