What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Order Processing: Manage sales orders, ensuring smooth processing from start to finish, and keeping customers happy.
- Operational Support: Assist with the coordination of logistics, product availability, and stock levels to ensure timely deliveries.
- Customer Liaison: Be the go-to person for handling inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile!
- Data Entry & Reporting: Keep everything organized with accurate record-keeping and prepare reports for team efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any operational hiccups with your can-do attitude and quick thinking.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in sales admin or operations is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to train!
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re all about precision and keeping things running without a hitch.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office tools like Excel, CRM systems, and any other admin software.
- Great Communicator: Whether it’s over the phone, email, or in-person, you know how to keep things clear and professional.
- Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a positive mindset and love coming up with solutions.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting your teammates.
- Proactive: Always thinking ahead and anticipating needs to keep things running smoothly.
- Mandarin, English & Bahasa: Speak and Write in these 3 languages, Mandarin is a plus point.
