What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales Order Processing: Manage sales orders, ensuring smooth processing from start to finish, and keeping customers happy.
• Operational Support: Assist with the coordination of logistics, product availability, and stock levels to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Liaison: Be the go-to person for handling inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile!
• Data Entry & Reporting: Keep everything organized with accurate record-keeping and prepare reports for team efficiency.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in sales admin or operations is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to train!
  
  
  

Skills & Attributes

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re all about precision and keeping things running without a hitch.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office tools like Excel, CRM systems, and any other admin software.
• Great Communicator: Whether it’s over the phone, email, or in-person, you know how to keep things clear and professional.
• Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a positive mindset and love coming up with solutions.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting your teammates.
• Proactive: Always thinking ahead and anticipating needs to keep things running smoothly.
