你將要做什麼

銷售訂單處理：管理銷售訂單，確保從開始到結束的順利處理，並讓客戶滿意。
營運支援：協助協調物流、產品可用性和庫存水平，以確保及時交貨。
客戶聯絡員：成為處理詢問和微笑解決任何問題的可靠人員！
資料輸入和報告：透過準確的記錄保持一切井然有序，並準備報告以提高團隊效率。
團隊協調：與銷售、營運和物流團隊緊密合作，確保順利協作和執行。
解決問題：用你的積極態度和敏捷的思維處理任何操作問題。

我們正在尋找

資格：

工商管理、銷售、營運或相關領域的學位或文憑。
擁有銷售管理或營運經驗者優先，但如果您渴望學習，我們很樂意為您提供培訓！

技能和屬性：

有條理且注重細節：您注重精確度並確保一切順利進行。
精通科技：熟悉 Excel、CRM 系統和任何其他管理軟體等辦公室工具。
優秀的溝通者：無論是透過電話、電子郵件或面對面，您都知道如何保持清晰和專業。
問題解決者：您以積極的心態應對挑戰並樂於提出解決方案。
團隊合作者：您在協作環境中茁壯成長並樂於支持您的隊友。
積極主動：始終提前思考並預測需要，以確保事情順利進行。
國語、英語和馬來語：能用這三種語言說和寫，國語是加分項。
