Job Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Perform data entry, documentation including monthly report
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Expedite for customer complaint, follow up to ensure resolution achieved customer's satisfaction
- Undertake any specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs and related duties as when require
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.
- Multi-tasking and excellent time arrangement skills
- Medical, dental and optical benefits are provided
- Work life balance with 5 days work per week from 9am to 6pm
- The office is near to MRT Kwasa Damansara with 5-8 minutes walk
