Job Responsibility
- Handle sales order processing accurately and timely, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.
- Follow up on delivery progress, coordinating with the Logistics Department to address any issues and inform clients of delays.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when needed.
- Manage schedules, maintain sales documents, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma certification qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills & high standard of customer service.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.
