Sales Administrator

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Business & Sales Support

• Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support to assigned business units. Assist in sales-related processes and ensure timely coordination with stakeholders.
  
  
  

Onits & Cvents

• Support Onits submission (as applicable), manage supporting documentation, and coordinate with local and regional teams for approval and compliance.
  
  
  

PO & Payment Processing

• Handle PO creation and follow-up through Ariba. Monitor payment status and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  
  
  

Vendor & Customer Setup

• Prepare vendor/customer forms for Global Finance to create accounts in SAP.
• Ensure accuracy of information and follow through on setup completion.
  
  
  

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain trackers and logs (e.g. case tracking, funding activities), and support regular reporting requirements for assigned business units.
  
  
  

Internal Coordination & Admin Support

• Support internal requests such as booking shipments, coordinating with 3PL/logistics teams, handling product/demo requests, and managing document flow
  
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.
• 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A), 0 years of experience required.
