Sales Administrator (SG)

Your main role is to work closely with the other members in the Sales and Marketing team. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Interacts with existing customers primarily by phone and email to promote renewal support services.
• Prepare quotations and Performa invoices to customer promptly.
• Prepare Purchase Order based on requirements.
• Assisting on the Grant Documentation.
• Assisting implementer on registering Peppol ID with customers
• Handle recurring billing to customer (InvoiceNow, Seamless Filling, Cloud Solution)
• Keep track on the payment received and request license for sales person
• Other admin related task and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle basic customer inquiries and provide follow-up support in a professional manner.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments (sales, finance, and technical support).
• Entry-level candidates are welcome, as training will be provided.
• Previous administrative or sales support experience is a plus.
