Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct prospecting calls and follow-up to build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Market custom uniform products and design services to businesses.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and creative content.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate apparel or B2B services.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working both independently and within a team.
