Job Responsibility

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Conduct prospecting calls and follow-up to build and manage the sales pipeline.
Market custom uniform products and design services to businesses.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and creative content.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate apparel or B2B services.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing tools.
Ability to analyze marketing data and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working both independently and within a team.
