Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support and guide the sales team in handling daily activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations to track and drive performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and brand consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in the real estate/ property industry.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with good market awareness.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
