The Sales Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for utilizing analytical and operational expertise to 1) partner with sales leadership to drive strategic goals, 2) increase understanding of drivers that influence sales performance and 3) ensure timely and quality execution of required operational processes for optimum business planning.
This position is part of the Commercial Team located in Malaysia and will be position is fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. Provide bid generation support. Manage and maintain sales funnel (forecasting). Facilitate communication and sponsor department meetings. Track sales KPIs using software tools to improve the accuracy of the sales funnel and forecast.
- Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives by asking strategic questions, aligning resources, developing action plans, and evaluating action plan results. Ensure processes are simplified and easy to understand and to execute. Respond to potential delays proactively to reduce or eliminate the risk of delay or disruption.
- Act as subject matter expertise of Sales, service data sources and tools. Apply this expertise to deliver high quality data analysis and actionable insights to achieve business objectives. Experience with incentive compensation, field reporting, customer segmentation, field force sizing and business planning are strongly desired.
- Consistently implement all operations protocols, procedures, and standards in a timely manner. Support the execution of all phases of critical projects.
- Contribute to the team’s performance, actively collaborate with and beyond the team to design and ensure buy-in around solutions. Foster a strong collaborative culture.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales operations and/or analytics experience
- Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with stakeholders
- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Sales Force, Microsoft Power BI a plus
