你的使命（如果你選擇接受它）
- 以活力、雄心壯志和敏銳的策略領導銷售團隊。
- 制定並執行計劃以擴大關鍵客戶並開拓新業務。
- 推銷 GWP 創意和禮品概念，讓顧客驚嘆不已。
- 像老闆一樣管理定價、提案和客戶談判。
- 追蹤團隊績效、KPI 和收入目標並實現它們。
- 與採購、創意和物流團隊合作，將客戶的想法變為現實。
- 擁有商業、行銷或相關領域的學士學位或文憑。
- 擁有 5 年以上 B2B 銷售經驗，最好是在禮品、商品銷售或快速消費品產業。
- 有達到（並超越！）銷售目標的良好記錄。
- 一個善於與人交往的人，懂得如何激勵、領導和結束。
- 善於溝通－英語、馬來語流利（國語是加分項！）。
- 富有創造力、節奏快、渴望與高績效團隊一起成長。
