Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Lead the sales team with energy, ambition, and sharp strategy.
• Develop and execute plans to grow key accounts and capture new business.
• Pitch GWP ideas and gifting concepts that WOW our clients.
• Manage pricing, proposals, and client negotiations like a boss.
• Track team performance, KPIs, and revenue goals—and SMASH them.
• Collaborate with sourcing, creative, and logistics teams to bring client ideas to life.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in gifting, merchandising, or FMCG industry.
• A proven track record of meeting (and beating!) sales targets.
• A people-person who knows how to inspire, lead, and close.
• Great communicator—fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!).
• Creative, fast-paced, and hungry to grow with a high-performance team.
