Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain the visual merchandising and presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
