Job Responsibility
- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products
- Sales: Recommend products, process sales, and meet sales targets
- Inventory: Check stock levels, replenish stock, and arrange products on shelves
- Administrative tasks: Prepare sales reports, set sales meetings, and maintain customer databases
- Customer relations: Manage customer complaints, promote loyalty programs, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Visual merchandising: Arrange products on shelves to meet visual merchandising standards
- Point-of-sale: Process cash, card, or online sales
- Store presentation: Keep the store clean and tidy
