Job Responsibilities
• Provide financial and takaful consultation to clients.
• Assist clients in planning protection plans such as medical card, hibah (Islamic inheritance), education, retirement, and savings plans.
• Analyze clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable takaful solutions.
• Build and expand client base through online and offline marketing activities.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions provided by the agency.
• Deliver after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
• Malaysian citizen, aged 21 years and above.
• Minimum SPM (with 5 credits) or higher qualification.
• Interest in financial planning and advisory.
• Highly self-disciplined and proactive.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
