Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at FWD Takaful in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and objectives
• Providing expert advice and guidance on a range of Takaful products and services
• Market and Client ready for all sales driven for you to close them
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and FWD Takaful's product offerings
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the team's success

What we're looking for

• Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in the financial services or Takaful industry
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A valid Malaysian sales agent license or the ability to obtain one
