1. To cover sales of company Parts product to new and existing customers.
2. To follow up and respond to sales enquiries such as quotation, ordering and delivery.
3. To submit weekly customer visiting report and business activities plan to Management to review.
4. To assist on record keeping in order to provide historical records on customers' inquiries.
5. To investigate problems, prepare report, develop solutions and make recommendations to Management in order to resolve customers' complaints.
6. Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time.
7. Preferable can write/read/speak in Mandarin fluently as the job requirement need to deal with Chinese (from China) customer.
