Job Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and objectives.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Promote Next Academyâs training programs.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
  • Provide client feedback to help improve training content and delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
