                            Job Responsibility
                    - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales of the company's plastic products.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exaltech's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Exaltech's products and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing ongoing account management support.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales consulting
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Solid product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
- Experience in sales consulting, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
