Job Responsibilities

  • Attend customers enquires and advice customers to meet customer needs
  • To carry continuous market survey and market comparisons to provide latest updated information
  • To collaborate with team members on all sales strategies & plan to achieve the desirable results
  • To generate leads, sales booking & loan documentation
  • To generate regular customers database
  • Performs other job-related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree preferably in Estate Management or other discipline from recognize higher learning institution.
  • Fresh graduates and with working experiences in fast pace related industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Able to work independently and blends well in a team
