Job Benefits
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
- Generate sales reports and performance dashboards for management review.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
