Job Responsibility

Export Sales - Existing customer order management (with guidance by Senior)

  • Process export sales orders and coordinate with internal teams
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents including checking
  • Ensure order accuracy and pricing compliance
  • Shipping & logistics coordination with freight forwarders/shipping companies
  • Update and maintain google sheet for export sales order
  • Familiar with Adobe Illustrator usage will be added advantage

Administrative and Documentation

  • Maintain and organize proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day office operations
  • Help with letters, emails, and messages when needed

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Friendly and able to confidently communicate with internal team
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Sheet
