Job Responsibility
- Handle customersâ enquiries
- Prepare and generate sales orders
- Responsible for collection on all sales transacted
- Handling customer complaint
- Participate on bi-yearly stock-take
- To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or sales coordinator
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, as we have many Mandarin speaking customers
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prefer candidate that has own transport
