Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Admin Manager in ensuring and documenting compliant, efficient, and productive operational processes.
- Collaborate with business owners from various departments and the wider organization.
- Gain exposure to systems, tools, processes, methodologies, and challenges.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and provide timely administrative support to various departments.
- Focus primarily on domestic national activities.
- Certified in Business Administration or hold a relevant diploma with applicable experience.
- Highly organized and meticulous with documentation.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with SAP Hana.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in cutting-edge technology and automation.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of organizational business processes and requirements.
