Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer’s billing requirements
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Requirements

  • Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and friendly disposition
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve common goals
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales coordinator or administration in the FMCG industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • IT Literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel & Outlook & SAP, Salesforce etc
  • Required to work on 5.5 days, alternate Sat (Work From Home)
