Sales Coordinator Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support for processing daily sales orders received from customer by generate sales order & related document.
• Liaise with transporter & warehouse to enhance order deliver as per schedule.
• Coordinating & liaise with forwarding agent for monitoring Import & shipping matters.
• Inventory control & management.
• With strong knowledge on Excel, able to prepare & analyze sales report with tight deadline.
• Provide support to any ad hoc after sales support matter from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting / Logistics &Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime, Commerce or equivalent..
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Independent person , with ability to manage time well & quick response to task allocated.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, meticulous and possess a good interpersonal attitude.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably candidate who able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
