JOB RESPONSBILITIES
1. Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with effectively.
2. Prepare quotation for sales services and repair.
3. Prepare services, inspection, and repair report.
4. Liaise with technician for received repair items.
5. Backup sales processing as and when required.
6. Providing general office support, including filing and data entry in system.
7. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of assigned management.
8. Handling correspondence and communication with technical team.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E) or relevant qualification.
2. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
3. Able to start immediately
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Willing to learn and sharing ideas.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
