- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Catalyst Educationâs tuition and daycare services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and events.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to student enrollment and record management.
Job Skills Required
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Passionate about education
- Results-driven, positive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools is an added advantage.
