Job Responsibility

  • Engage with leads and potential clients to understand their workspace needs and propose tailored interior design solutions.
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visuals in collaboration with the design team.
  • Prepare and pitch proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients confidently and persuasively.
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads, client meetings, and project briefings.
  • Coordinate closely with internal designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up to date on workplace trends, design innovations, and client industries to offer strategic insights.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in commercial/office design is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and client-centric sales work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (experience with Canva or PowerPoint is a bonus).
  • Passionate about design, space planning, and client service.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Posses own transportation and valid driving license.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Skills Required: Design Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques.
