About The Job Sales Development Representative

In this role, you are expected to..

• Attend to new inbound leads in a timely manner within SLA
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments
• Qualifying inbound leads before scheduling appointments for BDs
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when business development representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and rearranging appointments
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining databases so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  
  

What we look for in a candidate..

• Experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and POS and payment systems
• Experience in startups, retail, or F&B sector is an advantage
• Passionate about technology, fintech, and the retail space, with the right attitude and desire to grow your career
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants
• Outgoing with good bilingual oral skills needed to communicate with our merchants
• Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn
