Role Overview: As the APAC SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead our sales development efforts in the region, driving lead generation, and setting up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. You’ll manage a team of SDRs, setting targets, coaching for success, and ensuring effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the APAC SDR team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance
  • Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey
  • Identify opportunities in new markets and industries within the APAC region
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unlimit’s product offerings and competitive landscape


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC market
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are a MUST.
