Job Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving revenue targets, and complete the sales cycles.
  • Regularly update RM systems to track and manage sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company's network.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must demonstrate passion for a career in sales.
  • Possessing experience in Process Control Instrumentation will provide a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using RM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Must possess personal transportation (Car).
