Sales Executive

Role and Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Sales.
• You are required to have goal oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of achieving set goals.
• Ensure key directions from the Management are followed through and accomplished to meet with the required sales targets.
• Maintain or develop closer relationship with current customers and potential customers.
• Prepare quotation, visit plan, and other related reports.
• Stay updated and research on current market trends on design / retail design.

Job Success Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holders with 3 - 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, user behaviour & construction industry.
• Excellence in planning, execution and results oriented.
• Good knowledge of flooring industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
• Writing and good communication skills in Chinese languages is an advantageous.
• Perform well under pressure and thrive on tight deadlines
• Possess own transport & must be willing to travel.
