Sales Executive

Your Tasks:
- Manage Commercial Vehicle Business Lines IAM sales and distribution network as well as provide necessary service to support customers in the assigned market segments.
- Manage sales and distribution network:
- a. Manage customers’ commercial relationship;
- b. Prepare price quotation;
- c. Process and update sales orders to customers;
- d. Maintain up-to-date customer service
- e. Customer engagements and relationship management
- f. Sales and portfolio forecast
- Provide service support to customers in the assigned market segments:
- Planning with customers to Go To Market with products, technical and marketing information through brochures and online materials.
- Visit customers regularly to maintain close working relationship with customers.
- Ensure orders fulfillment.
- Liaise with Supply Chain department for stock planning delivery matters.
- Work closely with Finance department and ensure AR collections per contracted terms.
- Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket, and ensure the warranty is processed rapidly and efficiently.
- Work closely with Marketing Department to organize sales promotions, marketing activities, technical trainings and seminars.
- Provide sales forecast to direct supervisor to facilitate planning process.
- Gather feedbacks on market trends and information, demand and supply, and competitive pricing.
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profits.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent.
- 2~5 years sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Independent, result oriented with strong business development sense.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, ERP and Salesforce tools is essential.
