Sales Executive

1. Should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales
growth.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and the FMCG industry.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
4. Coordinate and oversee promotional activities to increase product visibility.
5. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
6. Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to
achieve objectives.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
2. Team Management experience.
3. Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in the FMCG sector.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
6. Creating a fun and energized environment.
7. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges.
9. Effective time management and organizational skills.
10. Possess own transport with valid driving license .
