• Drive the Sales Process: Own every step of opportunity identification, negotiation to closing deals and onboarding clients
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends to position Leschaco as the logistics partner of choice
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business implementation and top-tier service delivery

• Customer centric mindset with strong relationship building skills
• Strategic thinker with sharp analytical abilities and business acumen
• Proven negotiation and problem solving expertise
• Proficiency in vertical specific expertise or industry and networking
• Knowledge on the Chemical vertical specific industry or expertise will be a strong advantage
• Sales experience in similar industry
