Job Responsibility
Basic Requirements:
- Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and drive continuous cooperation
- Develop personal sales plans based on the company's sales strategies and goals and execute them
- Follow up with potential clients, close sales, and meet performance targets
- Collect and analyze market information, feedback customer demands and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner (e.g., logistics, technical support)
Basic Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales or related work experience preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Passionate about sales, self-motivated
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and be accountable for results
- Willing to learn new products, industry knowledge, and adapt quickly to market changes
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiar with the sales process, including client development, needs analysis, solution provision, and follow-up
- Understand market trends and customer needs, capable of exploring new markets
- Good at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, able to interact well with clients
- Good communication skills in team collaboration
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Able to respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Malacca, Johor Bahru, and Johor Market
- Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan Market
