Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demand.
- Assist in the development of sales plans and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
