Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales plans to meet assigned targets.
- Drive category and channel's sales and market share.
- Plan and execute on promotions, ensure proper implementation by the sales team.
- Oversee merchandizing efforts to ensure proper product placement, planogram, and visibility, in line with company overall strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve their objectives.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee daily operation and management for the Ipoh Branch.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in any related discipline are preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer management skills.
- 5 years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Experience in managing ad leading a team is required.
