Job Responsibility

  • Recruit new customers & grow sales pipeline
  • Be the main contact for your accounts â calls, visits, emails
  • Promote & upsell our printing & packaging solutions
  • Understand customer needs, give ideas & solutions
  • Prepare quotations, compute pricing & ensure POs are correct
  • Process orders fast & issue job tickets same day
  • Follow up on artwork approvals & delivery timelines
  • Track orders & keep customers updated at every stage
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients & build new ones
  • Assist in collecting payments & coordinate urgent deliveries if needed
  • Update customer records in our system (CERM)
  • Achieve sales targets & enjoy commission rewards!

Job Requirements

  • Diploma (Business-related preferred)
  • Must speak and read Mandarin
  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have sales experience (packaging/printing a plus)
  • Enjoy meeting people & working outdoors
  • Good & clear communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Responsible, independent & target-driven
