Sales and Business Development
- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the vape industry.
- Actively seek out new business through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Install relevant company Point of Sales material such as posters, calendars, A3 size menu card and etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and support as needed.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and improve our current relationship with all our existing dealers during normal visit or service visit.
- Provide training to our dealers / their staffs regarding product knowledge, product authentication, and warranty acceptance and claim procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vape industry.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vape product offerings and their features.
- Be prepared to answer questions and provide guidance on product selection.
- Set and work towards sales targets and objectives established by the company.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed targets.
- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
- Collect and analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Arrange and display company products in the Lightbox in accordance with company guideline
- Collect and return warranty to dealers
- Attend daily meeting to feedback issues and problems during service
- Collaborate with the sales support team (admin) to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
