Role Objective: Support lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up appointments with potential rentees and conducting property viewings.
- Support the sales team in closing rental deals and completing necessary documentation.
- Conduct market research to assist in pricing and property trends analysis.
- Help in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales activities.
- Assist in other tasks required by employer.
- Show eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Provide reliable support to the sales team and contribute to team success.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive in assisting with various sales and marketing activities.
- SPM or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
