Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence within the fashion industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse client.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
