Job Responsibility
IT is a media cum event company, hence people who work here got the chance to meet a lot of people especially those in the property industry and also entrepreneurs. This applies to sales team. People who work here can work closely with head of department.Â
- Seeking out prospective clients across all platforms, industry research, generate leads, visiting, cold calling and networking.
- Bring nomination, set up meetings with potential client virtually or sales visit.
- Propose and present the property sales info to the clients. (under Property Insights Media)
- Servicing the developers.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking meetings.
- Coordinate with team members to deliver the deals as to achieve better results.
- To increase sales revenue and achieve sales target as well as on-time collections.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Diploma/Degree holders in Business studies or related field.
- 1 - 2 years working experience, preferable with Property developer Sales or construction industry.
- Candidates from Award or branding industry are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication and able to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to organize resources, deliver presentation and coordinate project work.
