Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products within assigned hospital accounts.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive product penetration and market share.
- Schedule and conduct pre-planned sales presentations with healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for business growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionals at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome challenges effectively.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and using digital tools for sales tracking.
